Prioritizing Mental Health
Comprehensive Functional and Integrative Psychiatry
Mental health is the foundation of a vibrant and meaningful life, shaping how we think, feel, and connect with others. It influences our ability to handle stress, nurture relationships, and pursue personal fulfillment.
I believe in patient-centric care and practice functional and integrative psychiatry—a holistic approach to mental healthcare—that reflects my commitment to treating the whole person. This approach combines conventional psychiatric treatments, such as psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, with evidence-based complementary therapies to address the physical, emotional, and even spiritual aspects of well-being. By adopting this comprehensive perspective my goal is to not only relieve symptoms but also empower individuals to lead meaningful, thriving lives at every stage.
I am a Johns Hopkins trained, double board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate a wide range of psychiatric challenges. With a special interest in neurodiversity, I specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD and tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs, helping them manage their mental health and any comorbid conditions. I am committed to building long-term relationships, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring continuity of care that evolves as their needs change
Together, we can create a safe, supportive path toward healing and resilience.
